ORDERING
How do I place an order?
Browse the website, choose your size, and click 'Add to Cart'. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout to enter your delivery details and complete payment. If you'd prefer to customise your size or have any questions before placing your order, reach out to us on WhatsApp.
Can I customise my size?
Yes. On every product page, you'll see a 'Custom Size' option. Select 'Yes' and
place your order. Our team will reach out via WhatsApp to collect your measurements.
Are the outfits made to order?
Yes. Every piece at SCHEREZĀDE is made to order, finished by hand, and quality-checked before dispatch. This ensures you receive a garment made specifically for you.

PAYMENT
How can I pay?
We offer two payment options:
– Card payment — pay securely
online at checkout using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, or
Apple Pay.
– Bank transfer — if you
prefer to pay via direct bank deposit, contact us on WhatsApp before placing
your order and we will share our account details along with instructions for
confirmation.
Both methods are fully accepted
and your order will be processed identically either way.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All card payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout, we do not store or access your card details at any point.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes. The website automatically displays prices in your local currency based on your
location. Supported currencies include PKR, USD, GBP, AED, EUR, AUD, and more. Your bank may apply a small foreign transaction fee for international
currencies.
DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
All orders are made to order with a production time of 1–2 weeks. Once dispatched, estimated shipping times are:
– Pakistan — free shipping,
delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
– USA — flat $20, delivered
within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
– UK — flat £13.50, delivered
within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
– Rest of world — shipping
charges calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Delivery timelines are estimates.
Once your order is with the courier, tracking details will be shared with you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are not
included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
Will there be any delays right now?
International courier services are currently experiencing some disruption due to ongoing geopolitical conditions. We will notify you immediately if your order is
affected and will work to find the fastest available alternative. For time-sensitive orders, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing.
SIZING
How do I find my size?
A size chart is available on every product page. We recommend measuring yourself
and comparing against the chart before selecting a size. If you fall between
sizes or want a tailored fit, choose the 'Custom Size' option and our team will
guide you through measurements on WhatsApp.
What if I am unsure about sizing?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to offer
returns. Exchanges may be considered in cases of production error or significant quality issues — please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and a description of the concern.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry to hear that. Please reach out to us at [email protected] or on
WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of
the issue and we will resolve it promptly.
