ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may only cancel their order within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel your order, message or call us directly to ensure there is no lack of delay in confirmation.

After 24 hours of order placement, an order cannot be cancelled because it is already being processed by then and is subjected to the following clauses:

A) Force Majeure

SCHEREZĀDE shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to war, geopolitical conflict, civil unrest, government restrictions, airspace closures, courier suspension, natural disasters, acts of God, or other events rendering performance commercially impracticable.

In such circumstances, SCHEREZĀDE reserves the right to suspend shipment, delay performance, cancel orders, or issue refunds (less non-recoverable processing fees) at its sole discretion.

B. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier’s operations and international conditions beyond our control.

In the event of force majeure disruptions affecting international transport, SCHEREZĀDE reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel shipment.

C. Refund Processing Fees

In cases where an order is cancelled under force majeure or customer request, non-recoverable payment processing fees charged by banks or payment gateways will be deducted from the refund amount.

D. COMMERCIAL IMPRACTICABILITY CLAUSE

If shipment cannot be fulfilled within a commercially reasonable timeframe due to circumstances beyond our control, SCHEREZĀDE reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund in lieu of delivery.

E. Fulfilment Definition

An order shall be considered fulfilled once it has been successfully handed over to the designated courier and a valid tracking number has been issued.

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating payment disputes or chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution.
